Your Learning Journey
This comprehensive guitar course provides a seamless journey from foundational concepts to professional mastery. The curriculum starts with music theory basics, essential chords, and rhythmic techniques like strumming and fingerpicking. It quickly progresses into developing your solo technique (picking, legato, bends, vibrato) and detailed music theory & application, covering reading notation, major/minor harmony, and figuring out what scales to use over progressions. You will achieve fretboard mastery by applying pentatonic, major scale, and CAGED system patterns across the entire neck. The course includes dedicated lessons on blues fundamentals (including the 12-bar blues) and song application, where you learn full solos from legendary artists. It culminates in advanced music theory (modes, jazz/fusion soloing), refined advanced improvisation skills, and fast technique mastery using 3-notes-per-string fingerings and various techniques, all supported by detailed ear training to recognize intervals, chords, and progressions by ear.

All The Basics
- Music Theory & Chords: Basic music theory, open chords, bar chords, and how to play any chord.
- Rhythm & Technique: Strumming, fingerpicking, and playing with a metronome and backing tracks.
- Solo Technique: Picking, legato, bends, vibrato, and playing easy solos.
- Other Skills: Using a capo, transposing, and playing rhythms and solos by ear.
Guitar 2
Intermediate skills
- Music Theory & Application: Reading and understanding music notation, intervals, scales, chords, basic major and minor harmony, and figuring out what scales to use over chord progressions.
- Fretboard Skills & Soloing: Learning all pentatonic and major scale fingering patterns to develop soloing and improvising skills across the entire neck.
- Blues Fundamentals: Mastering the 12-bar blues, the shuffle rhythm in any key, the blues scale, chromatic passing tones, and extension chords, all while utilizing major and minor pentatonics.
- Song Application: Learning full songs with solos from artists like AC/DC, Metallica, Queen, Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, and much more.
- Advanced Improvisation: Developing improvisation in any style, using the right kind of vibrato, phrasing, and note embellishments.

Advanced Guitar
- Advanced Music Theory: Understanding modes, and soloing over jazz standards and fusion progressions.
- Fretboard Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of the CAGED system for both major and minor keys, and beyond
- Technique Development: Mastering 3-notes-per-string (3 NPS) scale fingerings, and achieving fast guitar playing through different techniques like legato, picking, tapping, hybrid picking, and sweep picking.
- Ear Training: Developing the ability to recognize intervals, chords, scales, and progressions by ear.
